ACDBA Data Snapshot - FY2019 Industry Demographics

Since ACDBA was formed, members have participated in an annual Data Survey.  A Data Snapshot was released today publishing useful metrics of the aggregated Australian collections industry demographics.

At 30 June 2019 members were handling more than $22 billion in debt represented by 7.7 million files under management - being both contingent and purchased debts.

Members made more than 124 million consumer contacts in FY2019 and reported collecting a total of $2.2 billion from accounts under management with a further $3 billion in accounts under payment arrangements.
