Independent Review of ACDBA Code

Australian Collectors & Debt Buyers Association (ACDBA) announces the appointment of Mr Matthew Thomas to undertake an independent review of its Code of Practice (Code) launched in March 2016 and invites stakeholder input and recommendations for improvements to the Code.

ACDBA appoints new Chair

Ms Kristina White, General Manager of ACDBA member Baycorp Australia, was elected as Chair of ACDBA on 10 May 2018 - Ms White joined the ACDBA Board in October 2017.

ACDBA has thanked outgoing Chair Peter Boehm for his efforts on behalf of the association and has extended him its best wishes into the future.
